The CMBC Youth Ministry is sponsoring a trip
to San Antonio, Texas - June 15th-19th.
Trip Cost: $150.00 (based on 4 persons to a room)
$250.00(based on 2 persons to a room)

Hotel Schlitterbahn Water Park, Six Flags over Texas, Pool
Party, Transportation and more.

Mission Statement: The Rapha Ministry exists to exalt
God's love through ministering to the physical, emotional,
and spiritual needs of God's people.
Objective: The Rapha Ministry will seek to utilize
the skills and gifts of health care workers within our
congregation to provide preventive and educational health
and wellness services to the members of CMBC and the
surrounding communities
We need care workers that are interested in sharing their
knowledge regarding health issues by teaching others the
importance of:
Funding is available for home rehabilitation to
specific neighborhoods. There are two grant programs
available. This is a one time grant and you can only apply
for one or the other.
$5,000 for minor home repairs
Must be 62 or older
Not required to payback money
Must be current on property taxes
There is an income requirement
Cannot live in targeted area for major home repair
Only 100 grants available
$30,000 for major home repairs
No age limit
Loan Payback ($25.00 mo.)
15 year lien whereby the person cannot sell their home
within this timeframe
Must have lived in the home at least 5 years
Must be current on property taxes
There is an income requirement.
Grant is only available in targeted areas.
No limit on number of grants available.

If you are a car owner and purchase auto tags, you can
get a partial refund on the cost of your tags.
Income guideline of $25,000/yr or less.

If disabled, must have ‘disabled’ license plate on the
car

change in some areas. your suggestion is one of the best
ways for expressing your interest in your church. Your
concern will receive prompt acknowledgement and
investigation.
Note that your recommendation(s) and suggestion(s) must be
approved before processing. Please, please, please report
all matter of maintenances, building repairs, improvement
concerns and suggestions to Min. Gregory Morris,
(Building and Property Ministry Leader) or, fill out the
form below or use a blank sheet of paper addressing the
issue, place it in the inter-office mail box marked
"Building and Property Ministry," or you may turn your
recommendations to the church office, or you may e-mail your
suggestions to
